Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung für März 2024. Wenn du die Erfahrung machen willst, das Gefühl des Berliner Alltagslebens zu bekommen, ist die Wohnung vielleicht was für dich.
Die Wohnung ist 40m2 groß mit Küche und Bad und einem Zimmer. Sie ist auf der 3. Etage, daher sowie tagsüber, als auch abends sehr ruhig und hell. Sie kommt möbeliert und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

I am renting out my beautiful 1-bedroom flat for the whole month of March. If you are thinking about spending some time in Berlin to get the vibe of what its like to live in this city, this could be a perfect fit.
The flat is 40m2 with kitchen and bathroom and a living/bedroom. It is on the 3rd floor, so it's very bright during the day and quiet in the evening. It comes completely furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Kreuzberg, 5 Min Laufweg von dem Maybachufer entfernt. Im Sommer und Herbst gibt es da jeden Sonntag Flohmarkt und unter der Woche türkische Lebesmittelmarkt, wo man sehr günstig Früchte und Gemüse kaufen kann. Die Lage ist richtig toll, sehr grün und ruhig aber ist immer was los. In der Nähe hat man natürlich sowohl Supermärkte und Drogerien für Einkaufen, als auch sehr viele Restaurants, Cafes und Bars.

The flat is very centrally located in Kreuzberg, 5 minutes walk from the Maybachufer. In summer and autumn there is a flea market every Sunday and a Turkish food market during the week, where you can buy very cheap and nice fruit and vegetables. The location is really great, very green and quiet, but there is always something going on. There are supermarkets and drugstores nearby for shopping, as well as many restaurants, cafes and bars.
Da die Wohnung mein Herzstück ist, suche ich jemanden, wer sie auch als deren Herzstück betrachten wird: also kein Party-Mensch, sondern jemand, wer mit der Wohnung bewusstvoll umgeht. Es ist mir außerdem wichtig, dass du Nichtraucher*in bist, weil es kein Balkon gibt. Ich habe auch ziemlich viele Pflanzen in der Küche, also es wäre super, wenn du grüne Daumen hast. Wenn nicht, kann ich aber Anleitungen geben :)

Since the flat is very close to my heart, I am looking for someone who will also take care of it as if it was theirs: so not a party person, but someone who will consciously take care of the flat. It's also important for me that you do not smoke as there is no balcony in the flat. I also have quite a few plants in the kitchen, so it would be great if you have green fingers. But if not, I can give instructions :)
