Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer, sowie einer separaten Küche und Badezimmer. Sie liegt im 1.OG des Hinterhauses und ist mit hohen Decken, weiß gestrichenen Holz-Dielen ausgestattet, sie ist nicht super hell, dafür dringt kein Straßenlärm in die Wohnung. Da in der Wohnung gerade ein Freund von mir wohnt und einiges umgestellt hat, sieht die Wohnung inzwischen ein bisschen anders aus, aber zumindest sieht man wie die Wohnung geschnitten ist.

Ist a 1-room apartment with a separate kitchen and room. Its in the first floor of the rear building, with high walls and wooden floors that are painted in white. At the moment, the apartment looks a bit different, because the friend of mine living there at the moment rearranged some of the furniture.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten auf der Bergmannstraße, sobald man aus der Haustüre tritt findet man auf der linken Seite die Markthalle, den Marheinekeplatz und auf der rechten Seite sind mit ca. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch der Mehringdamm und Victoriapark zu erreichen. Mit einem Wochenmarkt, dem Biocompany und der Markthalle direkt vor der Türe und Netto und Edeka in der Bergmannstraße ist für reichlich Einkaufmöglichkeiten gesorgt. Die Gneisenaustraße ist mit 5 Minuten Entfernung die nächste U-Bahn-Station, eine Bushaltestelle gibt es direkt vor der Haustüre.

Stepping right outside of the apartment, there is plenty of places to get grocery or cafes/bar to hang out because the Bergmannstraße is one of the nicest streets of Berlin.
Während meines Sommerurlaubs wird die Wohnung für 4 Wochen frei, das konkrete Auszugsdatum ist flexibel und können wir nochmal besprechen. lle Küchen/Haushaltsutensilien können benutzt werden und ich würde dir/euch Platz für euern Stuff frei räumen.
During my summer vacation, the apartment will be free for 4 weeks, the exact moving out date is not fixed and can be decided together. You are welcome to use all of my stuff, however I will make room for your things.
