Gemütliche & ruhige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung voll möbliert direkt am Schlesisches Tor

für mich geht es für 24 Tage nach Thailand, darum wird meine schöne, frisch-sanierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in dem Zeitraum komplett möbliert frei. Alle Möbel sehr gutem Zustand.

Die Wohnung ist mit liebe eingerichtet, und liegt in der Nähe Schlesisches Tor, ist aber im Innenhof gelegen, also super schöne Lage und sehr ruhig. Die befindet sich im 3. OG und hat den ganzen Tag über Sonnenlicht. Daher suche ich nach einer*m Untermieter, der sorgfältig mit meinen Möbeln umgeht. Die 850 Euro sind inklusive WLAN, Strom, Gas, Rundfunk und Wasser. Dennoch würde ich eine extra Kaution für die Möbel nehmen, die du natürlich am Ende wiederbekommst.

Meine Wohnung bietet dir alles, was du brauchst: WLAN, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Regenwalddusche u.v.m.. Wenn du an meiner Wohnung interessiert bist, schreibe bitte ein paar Zeilen über dich und wir können eine Besichtigung vereinbaren. During I'll be away to Thailand for 3weeks and a half, so I would like to offering my beautiful cozy and sunny, freshly renovated 1-bedroom furnised apartment in a short term from 4-28 OCT. (If you need to rent a whole complete month 1-31 OCT we can discussed more in detail)

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with the sunlight during the day all day. It's fully furnished with love and located near Schlesisches Tor, but in the inner courtyard, so it's really nice location and super quiet. Therefore, I am looking for a subtenant who will be taking car of my beloved Apartment. The price 850 Euro includes Heating, Water, Electricity, High Speed Internet, Radio bills, building maintenance cost & other miscellaneous costs. I would like to take an extra deposit for the furniture, which you will of course get back in the end.

My apartment offers you everything you need: WLAN, Fridge, Washing machine, Cooking ware, Rain shower, beautiful plants etc. If you are interested in my apartment please write a few lines about your self & we can arrange the viewing.
