I'm subletting my cosy 1-room apartment meanwhile I'll be out of town for work.
The exact period is from November 6th, 2023, until January 15th, 2024.
It isn't possible to change the dates.
The flat is very comfortable and quiet, recently renovated and fully furnished with washing machine and dish washer.
Internet works very well so it's suitable for home working. It has a beautiful view on the Mariannenplatz's park and it's located 5/10 min walking to U1/3, U8, Bus 140, M29 and a 15 min walk to Ostbahnhof.
Non smoking house (there's a small balcony where you can smoke).
