Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer, sowie einer separaten Küche und Badezimmer. Sie mit hohen Decken, weiß gestrichenen Holz-Dielen ausgestattet. Durch die Lage im Hinterhaus lebt es sich hier sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit einer Schlafcouch, falls man mal Besuch bekommt und jeder Menge Stauraum durch den Schrank und die Kommoden. Ansonsten gibt es hier auch alle möglichen Sachen die man so im Haushalt braucht.

The apartment consists of one room, as well as a separate kitchen and bathroom. It has high ceilings and white-painted wooden floorboards. Due to its location in the rear building, it is very quiet here. The apartment is fully furnished with a sofa bed in case you have visitors and lots of storage space thanks to the wardrobe and chests of drawers. Apart from that, there are all kinds of things you need in the household.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten auf der Bergmannstraße, sobald man aus der Haustüre tritt, findet man auf der linken Seite die Markthalle, den Marheinekeplatz und auf der rechten Seite sind mit ca. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch der Mehringdamm und Victoriapark zu erreichen. Mit einem wöchentlichen Flohmarkt, der Biocompany und der Markthalle direkt vor der Türe und Netto und Edeka in der Bergmannstraße ist für Einkaufmöglichkeiten gesorgt. Die Gneisenaustraße ist mit 5 Minuten Entfernung die nächste U-Bahn-Station, eine Bushaltestelle gibt es direkt vor der Haustüre.

The apartment is located in the middle of Bergmannstraße, which is with many bar, cafes and restaurants one of the nicest and liveliest streets of Berlin. Stepping right outside of the apartment, you will find the market hall and Marheinekeplatz on the left-hand side and Mehringdamm and Victoriapark are just a 10-minute walk away on the right. With a weekly flea market, the Biocompany and the Markthalle right on the doorstep and Netto and Edeka on Bergmannstraße, there are plenty of shopping opportunities. Gneisenaustraße is the nearest subway station, 5 minutes away, and there is a bus stop right on the doorstep.

Um den Berliner Winter dieses Jahr ausfallen lassen, werde ich für einige Zeit in den Süden abhauen (Valencia). Daher wird meine Wohnung frei ab dem 20.12. bis mindestens Ende Februar (29.02.2024), eventuell auch etwas länger. Das Ein- und Auszugsdatum ist flexibel und können wir gemeinsam besprechen, je nachdem in welche Zeitraum du etwas brauchst. Daher schreib mir gerne für wann du etwas suchst und wann du Zeit für eine online oder offline Besichtigung hast.

In order to skip the Berlin winter this year, I will be leaving for some time in the south (Valencia).
Therefore, my apartment will be available from 20.12. until at least the end of February (29.02.2024), possibly a little longer. The move-in and move-out date is flexible, and we can discuss it together, depending on the period of time you are looking for a place.
