Available for 1 person from the 14th of January until the 20th of March (fixed 2 months + 1 week). The total cost includes rent, water, heating, garbage taxes, electricity and Rundfunk tax for the whole period of 67 days is: 1410 Euro + 200 Euro deposit. The deposit will be refunded after the rental period ends, if nothing was damaged and no (noise) complaints were made by neighbors.🙃
Wi-Fi and washing machine are NOT available! See options in this advertisement.
No Anmeldung/registration possible.
NB: only available for 1 person; no couples, no children, and no pets.💡
No parties, no sleepover visitors and no pets allowed. We can have a video call first and afterward a meeting in person before the renting period starts, and to exchange the rent and the keys.
