The freshly rennovated, friendly and elegant appartment offers a nice large bed (2,00mx1,80m), a cooking area with an oven, table and two chairs, two comfortable armchairs, several elements for storage, nice lamps and a very catchy foosball table (can also be used as a regular table). The sparkling clean bathroom got its own window besides common utilities+ shower.
Television and DVD-Player are in place.
additional arrangements (commodities, e.g. bicycle) possible.
The monthly rate of 465€ includes all costs, the place can also be rented for a certain time (six weeks minimum) and might aswell be usefull as a possible start off for newcomers.

Das frisch renovierte, freundlich und elegant ausgestattete Appartment bietet ein hochwertiges, großes Bett (2,00mx1,80m), einen Kochbereich mit Ofenherd, einen Tisch mit zwei Schwingstühlen, zwei bequeme Sessel, Regale und Kommode, nette Lampen und Stehlampe (mit Dimmer) und einen sehr schönen Tischkicker, der sich alternativ auch zu einem großen Tisch umfunktionieren lässt.
Das großzügige, helle Badezimmer mit Dusche hat ein eigenes Fenster.
Ein Fernseher mit DVD-Player ist vorhanden.
Das Einzimmer-Appartment mit Doppelzimmerqualitäten ist für monatlich 465€ warm verfügbar, kann aber auch für einen bestimmten Zeitraum gemietet werden (Minimum 6 Wochen) und könnte auch für jeden interessant sein, der sich erst nach Ankunft in Berlin bequem nach etwas längerfristigem umsehen möchte.
