Hallo liebe Berlin-Besucher,

ich suche für meine kleine, aber feine 1-Zimmerwohung in Kreuzberg an der Grenze zu Mitte eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für den Monat Juni(01.06. - 30.06.). Bin beim Einzugsdatum etwas flexibel, sodass du auch schon ein paar Tage eher kommen könntest.

Die Wohung ist 36 qm groß, mit Küche, Bad und Balkon und ist vollmöbliert - lediglich das Bettgestell ist nicht mehr da, weshalb du auf einer sehr bequemen Matratze schlafen würdest.

Lage ist sehr zentral. Sehr gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrmitteln, zwei U-Bahn-Linien in direkter Nähe. Außerdem ist die Oranienstr. mit vielen Bars und Restaurants in einigen Fußminuten zu erreichen.

Miete für den Monat sind 380 Euro. Das Geld möchte ich beim Einzug bitte bar haben.

I'm looking for an interim tenant for my cozy, small studio in Berlin Kreuzberg for the month of June (June 1st - June 30th. I am rather flexible concerning the start of the sublease, which would give you the chance to move in a few days earlier as well.

My apartment, including a kitchen, bathroom and balcony has 36 qm and is fully furnished - only the bed is a matress on the floor at the moment - but very comfortable ;-).

The rent is 380 Euros (Wi-Fi included. I have to ask you to pay the rent cash on your day of moving in.

It is located in the very center of Berlin and public transport (two underground lines) is right in front of the door.

Furthermore the great Oranienstr. with its bars and restaurants is in reach within a few minutes by feed.
