I rent my studio flat in Gräfe-Kiez / Gräfe neighborhood per day
It has a wonderfully comfortable queen size bed and a double sleeping sofa (max. 4 guests), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffemachine, everything...), renovated bathroom with washing mashine and floor heating and a cozy little balcony facing the sunny side.
The builing is an antique one, very nicely renovated, with old wooden floors, heigh ceilings and all the typicall features of old berlin style houses.

alquilo estudio por días en el barrio Gräfestrasse
tiene una cama doble gigante y muy comfortable y un sofa-cama para dos personas (max. 4 personas)
la cucina esta perfectamente equipada (lava vajillas, máquina de cafe, etc) y el baño recien renovado.
Hay un balcon soleado y el piso se encuentra en el interior de un patio grande, asi que no llegan ruidos molestos sino el sol y los pájaritos por las ventanas
