Die Wohnung ist klein (22qm), aber in einer Toplage & trotzdem sehr ruhig. Möbliert, mit einer Kochnische & Zentralheizung. Internet & Kabelanschluß vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock eines Altbaus, daher nur fuer Starke gedacht;)
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Bergmannkiez. In 5 Minuten ist man in der Bergmannstrasse, in der man jede Menge Cafes & Restaurants findet sowie Supermaerkte.
In 10 Minuten ist man am Kanal oder im Viktoriapark. 3 U-bahn Stationen jeweils in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, sowie mehrere Busse. Zentrum (Kochstrasse und Stadmitte) 3 Minuten mit der Ubahn. Kottbusser Tor in 3 Minuten, Neukoelln in 3 Minuten & alles, was man braucht, ganz nah:)

The flat is small (22 square meters), but in a prime location and still very quiet. Furnished, with a kitchenette and central heating. Internet & cablevision available.
The apartment is in the fourth floor, therefore only intended for strong people;)
The apartment is located in Bergmannkiez. Within 5 minutes you are in the miner street where you will find lots of cafes & restaurants as well as supermarkets.
In 10 minutes you are on the canal or in the Victoria Park. There are 3 metro stations every 5 minutes on foot and several buses. Centrum (Kochstrasse and Stadmitte) 3 minutes by subway as well as Kottbusser Tor & Neukoelln. Everything you need very close :)
