My cosy flat on the forth floor lies in the backyard of the momentarely very beloved Reichenberger Strasse. It is very light and quiet which can be neccessary to relax from Kreuzberg nightlife.
The small kitchen has everything you need and besides morning sunlight, in the bathroom you'll discover a washing machine behind the door next to the shower. The main room with the beautiful wooden floor holds a lot of space. The charme of this small flat is that of relaxing and lazyng on a cloud when you wake up and watch out the window without anyone disturbing you. The style is simple, it doesn't need to boast cause the potential of the spot beats everything.
Meine süße, im 4.Stock hell gelegen Wohnung im Herzen von Kreuzberg bietet dir allen Komfort, den Du Dir wünschst. Die 35 qm Wohnung, hat einen Wohnraum mit einem großen Bett, zwei Großen Fenstern zwar in den Hinterhof, jedoch den Blick über den Dächern. Sowohl die separate Küche als auch das Badezimmer sind liebevoll ausgestattet. Es gibt W-Lan und Waschmaschine.
Im Szene-Kessel Kreuzberg ist meine Wohnung eine geeignete Ruhe-Oase, um sich vom bunten Treiben ungestört ein wenig zu erholen.
Very attractive bars, restaurants and coffee shops you'll discover right when you leave the door such as "Bohnengold" and "Morgenland" or very hip"Kimchi Princess"(Korean Babecue) where people from all over town come to enjoy a drink and a nice chat.
A walk by the water at famous Landwehrkanal is a nice contrast two minutes from the flat to the very crowded Oranienstrsse and Kotbusser Tor where hidden concerts and clubs invite to distract yourselves from everyday-life
Across the street is a very delicious Bio-Supermarket where you get everything you need in a fine quality
Actually you almost don't have to move at all to relax and enjoy in this spot
Man fällt sozusagen aus der Tür in ein paar echt schöne Kneipen wie die angesagte Café-Bar "Bohnengold", die Ausgehmeile Oranienstraße ist um die Ecke, oder ein Spaziergang am Wasser lockt zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Der Biomarkt gegenüber, ein türkischer Gemüsemarkt oder auch der Discount-Supermarkt sind Katzensprünge. Ob Spreewaldbad oder Görlitzer Park, alles um den Block.
Kotbusser Tor (U1,U8, Busses) and Görlitzer Bahnhof (U1, M29) are three minutes to walk
Die drei Minuten zum Görlitzer Bahnhof (U1, M29) oder Kottbusser Tor (U1,U8, viele Busse) könnt ihr euch aussuchen. Vom Ostbahnhof bringt euch die M41 in sechs Minuten bis in die Waldemar-/Ecke Manteuffelstrasse und die führt euch in fünf Minuten Fußweg zur Wohnung immer da lang, wo was los ist.
