Wenn ihr zu zweit kommt, gibt es einen Aufschlag von 10 €/Tag.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße im Hinterhof (sehr ruhig) des beliebten Kiezes Wrangelkiez. Sie hat von zwei Seiten Licht und ist damit sehr hell. 

Sie ist ideal für den Berlinbesuch oder fürs An- oder kurz Wegkommen.

Das Haus liegt zentral, 5 Minuten bis zum U-Bhf Schlesisches Tor, viele Kneipen, (auch gute) Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Markt und Clubs sind alle fußläufig.
Der sehr belebte Görlitzer Park ist 2 Minuten entfernt.
Es gibt ein Doppelbett (200 x 140 cm) und bei Bedarf noch eine Matratze (200 x 90 cm); Bad und Küche sind mit Notwendigem eingerichtet.

Es handelt sich um eine Kohleofenwohnung, d.h. ihr müsst selbst heizen. Kohlen (-anleitung) bekommt ihr von mir gestellt.

The apartment central, the metro station Schlesisches Tor is within 5 minutes walking distance, Görlitzer park within 2 minutes.
It's surrounded by bars, restaurants, clubs and is situated close to a supermarket.

There are only a coal ofens, so you will have to heat with coals. Coals are already there and in the rent inclusive.
If you are two persons it would takes + 10 €/day.

There's a double bed (200 x 160 cm) inclusive of mattress (200 x 90).
