Das heißt: Küchenzeile mit Gasherd, Ofen und Kühlschrank, Badezimmer mit Badewanne zum Ausspannen und Gemeinschaftskeller inklusive Waschmaschinen. Die Miete beträgt 150 Euro.

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Kreuzberg. Zum Kottbusser (U8/U1) sind es maximal 3 Minuten Fußweg und die Oranienstraße ist mit Ausgehmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants direkt ums Eck. Nahegelegene Supermärkte sind Biocompany, Kaisers und Lidl. Internetanschluss ist Vdsl (dh superschnell, mit bis zu 50 Mbit/s).
the flat is located right in middle of kreuzberg, so it has the typical kreuzbergian flair. its sunny (especially from mornings to middays) and its quiet, because it looks on to the backyard. measurements are 36 square meters, including a cute, little kitchen to cook (stove, dishes, fridge...), its fully furnished (bed, sheets, desk, table, chairs...), internet (fast: cable, 5o mbit/s) and the bathroom contains a bath tube to relax. there are two washing machines located in the basement, that we all share communally.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert- Bett, Bettwäsche, Geschirr, Handtücher... alles da.
Wir sind ein ehemaliges, besetztes FrauenLesbenTranshaus, das heißt man kennt sich und tauscht sich auch mal aus, sollte man sich im Flur begegnen.

the house contains a lot of history: it was squatted by women in the eighties and until today we try to keep the collective spirit- we all care for the house and talk to each other, when we meet in the hallway. and still we define as somewhat queer.
there is easy access to public transport: the station 'kottbuser tor' (u8 and u1) is in 3- minutes walking distance. also: oranienstraße, a street offering lots of clubs, bars, restaurants is just around the corner. last but not least three supermarkets (biocompany, kaisers, lidl) are close by.
