Ich vermiete meine wunderhübsche Altbauwohnung unter. Sie hat alte Holzdielen und hohe Wände. Sie liegt super zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig im Hinterhof. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und verfügt dementsprechend über einen sehr großen Raum, von diesem führt ein kleiner Flur in die Kammer und von dort geht es ins Badezimmer.
NUR FÜR 1 WOCHE - ONLY FOR ONE WEEK
I want to sublet my sweet apartment in Kreuzberg. It's an old flat with heigh ceilings, a wooden floor and nice view. It is in the backyard so it's very quiet and nonetheless it's super central. There is one big room with enough place for two people staying here, then a kitchen where you can also sit, a chamber and one bathroom.
Von der Wohnung aus ist man in 3 Minuten an der nächsten Ubahnhaltestelle Schlesisches Tor, dort fährt meiner Meinung nach die beste Ubahnlinie, die 1. Man erreicht alle innerstädtischen Bereiche in weniger als 30 Minuten. Die Gegend hier ist sehr lebendig und grün. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es Kaisers, Rewe, Netto und auch zahlreiche kleine Läden und Cafés. Der Treptower Park ist in der Nähe und der Görlitzer Park ebenfalls, ansonsten ist man auch noch super schnell bei der Arena und beim Club der Visionäre.
The apartment is in a very cool neighbourhood the next subway station is Schlesisches Tor you can walk there in like 3 minutes. There you can take line 1/U1, you will reach every part of the inner city within 30 minutes from there. The area here is quite nice, there are two parks (Görlitzer Park and Treptower Park) and a lot of small shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. You can walk to the ARENA area, Club der Visionäre, Chalet, Ipse and so on. The list is super long.You'll also find supermarkets like Netto, Rewe, Kaiser's in a short walking distance.
Ihr könnt mich gerne per Email kontaktieren, die rufe ich mehrmals täglich ab. Auch wenn es nur ein überschaubarer Zeitraum ist, suche ich eine anständige, aufrichtige, zuverlässige und achtsame Person, die gut mit meiner Wohnung und mit meinen Dingen umgeht. Wenn möglich, wäre es toll sich vorher kurz kennenzulernen. :)
Die Fotos sind noch aus meiner alten Wohnung, ich kann das hier grade nicht aktualisieren, die Möbel sind die selben und die Wohnung hier ist noch schöner und größer.
