The apartment has bars 2 minutes away and supermarkets in a 7-minute walk distance. The room has windows on both sides, so it gets day light from dawn to dusk. The apartment is on a ground level of two green and quiet and safe backyards, so the views are not high but very relaxing. The room is very cosy and I would leave many pieces of furniture such as a bed, a sofa, a desk, a table, and three chairs. I would also leave some kitchen stuff such as the fridge, shelves, cutlery, pans and so on. For you to keep! In exchange for all these, you should pay the full January month, although it is negotiable. The rental conditions are the following> I am interested in trespassing my contract, so you could subrent it for a couple of months and then get the contract on your name OR leave the apartment for the new tenant to come in.
