Ich vermiete meine Wohnung vom 02.08.18- 14.08.2018 für 250€ Miete und 300 € Kaution (die Du wenn alles heile ist natürlich wieder zurück bekommst). Die Daten sind fest und da kann weder nach vorne noch nach hinten raus, was gedreht werden.
Die Matratze liegt auf einem Podest in einer extra Niesche, es gibt eine riesige schöne Couch, einen Schreibtisch (inkl. Lan-Kabel und WLAN für´s Internet) und eine Musikanlage. Ich räume dir gerne eine Kommode für dich und deine Sachen frei. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist schön hell. Die Küche ist klein, aber ich kann darin gut alleine oder zu zweit sitzen. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Kreuzberg ist jedoch ruhig gelegen in der Nähe der Spree zwischen Ostbahnhof, Schlesisches Tor und Görlitzer Bahnhof (jeweils 7-10 Minuten Fußweg). Vor der Tür fahren zwei Busse. Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind max. 7 Minuten entfernt (Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Obst- und Gemüsegeschäfte, Biomarkt in der Markthalle, Rewe im Ostbahnhof).
Da meine Nachbar_innen sehr lärmempfindlich sind, ist ruhiges Verhalten in der Wohnung Voraussetzung um in ihr zu wohnen. D.h.keine Partys und ausufernden Sit-In's. Wenn Du´s aber auch gerne ruhig magst, bist du hier richtig. Ich vermiete die Wohnung nur an Einzelpersonen. Personen, die sich zum FLT*I-Personenkreis zählen und Queers werden bevorzugt.

I Rent my apartment from 02.08.18- 14.08.2018 for rent 250€ and € 300 for deposit. The dates are fix.
The mattress rests on a pedestal in a separate alcove, there is a very big couch, a desk (incl. a LAN-cable for internet) and a music system. I'll gladly free space a dresser for you and your stuff. The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and bright. The kitchen is small, but I can sit in it well. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.
The apartment is located in Kreuzberg and yet quiet located near the Spree between Ostbahnhof, Schlesisches Tor and Görlitz Bahnhof (each 7-10 minute walk). Outside the door, are two buses. Shopping opportunities are max. 7 minutes (Aldi, Netto, Lidl, fruit and vegetable shops, organic market in the market hall, Rewe in Ostbahnhof).
My neighbors are very sensitive to noise, so you have be quite in the rooms. No parties and sprawling sit-in's. But if you also like quite living, you're right here. The apartment is only for one person. I'll prefer FLT*I (women, lesbians, trans*, inter) and queers.
