We are offering our studio apartment in Tempelhof-Kreuzberg (AKA Tempel-Kreuz) for a single person or a couple. It is a beautiful, cosy, fully furnished 33sqm apartment. Available from November 1st onwards, for a period of at least six months (can also be a year or even less, with an optional second year. It’s fairly flexible). The inclusive costs (including fast wifi internet and electricity, heating etc.) per month are 650 euros for a single or 700 for a couple. This is not a risky–type sublet from renters but a proper short-term rental offer from the owners, with a lease that can be used for annmeldung, opening a bank account etc. 
The apartment is on the first floor of a recently renovated building with an elevator. It is extremely quiet, bright, facing south and overlooking a garden, so lots of light. Has a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, a hallway and one spacious room with a balcony. The location is 10-15 minutes walking distance from Bergmannstrasse and only 5 minutes from Platz der Luftbrücke station (U6). Other great option for transportation are buses 104, 140, 248 and S-bahn Julius Leber-Brücke. Great access to HU or FU, also to Postdam.
