I rent my appartment for one or two persons. its a nice wooden fully equipped kitchen,with a table and a couch to hang out. The main room has a high sleeper bed (140), a big couch, a desk, high ceiling... there is a toilet and a nice shower.. Price is 220 for the whole period.
Ich vermiete meine kleine wunderschöne Wohnung. Alleine oder für Paare. Euch erwartet eine gemütliche ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Couch und ein schönes Zimmer mit Dielen, hohen Decken,Couch und Hochbett(140er-Matraze),Schreibtisch, E-piano...
Die Dusche ist sauber, man sollte nur den Boiler für warmes Wasser vorher einschalten:)
The location is wonderful in the heart of Berlin, next to the canal, and many bars, restaurants, clubs...Supermarket and bakery next door, the Bus M29 is out of the door and brings you in 5min to Hermannplatz, in 20min to Checkpoint Charlie(BerlinMitte), Neukölln and Friedrichshain and the beautiful market at Maybachufer is in walking distance...
Die Lage ist traumhaft,im Innenhof schläft man sehr ruhig, der wunderschöne Kanal ist ca 50m entfernt,Bäcker und Supermarkt sind vor der Türe und mit dem Bus M29, der vor der Haustür abfährt, ist man in 5min am Hermannplatz, bzw in 20min am Checkpoint Charlie in Mitte... Unzählige Cafes, Restaurants und Clubs sind in Laufdistanz,
Neukölln ist 100m entfernt und Friedrichshain 500m, also ihr seid mitten drin..
