I´m subleasing my apartement for a year as i will be traveling. I´m looking for someone for a 1 year lease. The apartment is fully furnitured with bed dishes desk and shelfs, washingmachine and much more. The room has a balcony with a nice green tree infront. Wooden floor. The apartment is very close to the canal (Admiralsbrücke) and Hasenheide and cool coffee shops and restaurants.
I`m a female artist and would love to have a creative vegan person to share my house with.
The situation is like this i m an artist and i m traveling a lot, i ll be traveling on and off this year that means one room of the apartment will be looked. i need to come back usually just for a months that means You will have the whole apartment for yourself as i will be traveling the most of the year.
