Küchenutensilien sowie andere notwendige Sachen sind mehr als genug da. Die Wohnung ist eine schöne gemütliche Junggesellen Wohnung. Perfekt für einen kurzen Zeitraum um Berlin kennenzulernen oder aber sich in der Zeit in Ruhe um eine eigene Wohnung zu kümmern.

Kitchen utensils and other necessary items are more than enough available. The apartment is a nice cozy bachelor apartment. Perfect for a short period of time to get to know Berlin or to take care of your own apartment in peace.
Die Wohnung liegt Zentral gelegen im Berliner Stadtteil Kreuzberg. Sie ist nur 3-5 Minuten von der Station Görlitzer Bhf entfernt. Also direkt im Herzen des aufgeweckten und lebhaften Kreuzberg 36. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Aldi (3 min) und ein Lidl (7 min). Ausserdem ist auch nicht unweit die Markthalle 9 anzutreffen sowie der schöne Lausitzer Platz. Generell lädt die Lage sehr zum flanieren und erkunden ein. Die Oranien Str. ist nur 5 min entfernt mit all seinen Bars, Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten.

Mir ist einfach nur wichtig das ihr verantwortungsvoll seid. Bitte geht mit der Wohnung so um als wäre es eure. So würde ich es auch machen würde ich bei euch eine Wohnung mieten.
