helle, ruhige 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Hinterhof frei vom 17.12.2022 bis 01.06.2023.

Ab 13.01.2023 es wird keinen Internetzugang mehr in der Wohnung geben. Die o.a. Miete gilt im ersten Monat inkl. des Internetzugangs, und wird danach auf 514 EUR reduziert.
Als Empfehlung für die Internet Nutzung zu Hause, ein 50GB 5G-Datenpaket könnte im Vergleich zu DSL sogar preiswerter werden und für vieles u.a. Home-Office genügen, mit optimaler Netzqualität in der Nachbarschaft. Es gibt sonst auch Cafes in der Gegend mit Wi-Fi Zugang.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert, dennoch einige der Möbel können während der Zeit Ihres Aufenthalts wegtransportiert werden, aber die Notwendige (Matratze, Couch, Tisch, Kleiderschrank, Kühlschrank...) werden weiterhin drin bleiben.

From 13.01.2023 onwards there will be no more Internet access in the flat. The rent shown above is for the first month including the internet until this date, and this will be reduced to 514 EUR for the following months.
As an alternative for Internet use at home, a 50GB 5G data package could even be economical compared to DSL and sufficient for most of online activity, including home office, with optimal network quality in the neighborhood. Also there are cafes nearby with Wi-Fi access.

The flat is currently furnished, however some of the furniture in the flat may be moved out during your stay, yet the basics (mattress, couch, table, wardrobe, fridge..) will remain to be there.
