Three windows that you can open and close at need.

There is a piano that you can play during day hours. No next door neighbours.

A perfect spot for enjoying time in Berlin, as it is located in one of the most exciting streets of Berlin Kreuzberg, in Bergmannstrasse. Bergmannstraße is a multicultural boulevard with Wilhelminian charm and many international stores, cafés and restaurants.
Three very beautiful parks are near, different from each other: Hasenhaide, Viktoriapark and Tempelhofer Feld.
Bergamannstrasse is the main avenue of the Bergmannkiez. The Bergmannkiez in western Kreuzberg is one of Berlin’s most charismatic neighbourhoods, thanks to beautifully restored 19th-century houses and a bevy of owner-operated indie stores, restaurants, cafes and bars. Its main artery, Bergmannstrasse, culminates in Marheinekeplatz, a historic square punctuated by a renovated 19th-century market hall.
