Hallo, ich bin derzeit auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung in Berlin, wenn möglich innerhalb des Rings, würde ich gerne eine 1 oder 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, maximaler Preis 800 Euro warm zu finden.

Ich bin ein junger Spanier (27 Jahre alt), ich habe in Berlin für 1 Jahr und eine Hälfte gelebt, ich kam hierher, um die Sprache zu lernen und meine höhere Ausbildung zu tun, ich bin derzeit für mehr als 1 Jahr arbeiten, ich habe einen unbefristeten Vertrag, alle Dokumente in Ordnung, positive Schufa (solicitar ahora) und Einkommen, die bis zu mehr als das Doppelte des Preises der Miete, die ich oben gesagt, mit diesem möchte ich nur andeuten, dass ich kümmern sich um die Miete ohne Problem zu nehmen, ich bin für eine Wohnung für langfristige suchen, wenn möglich und weniger Küche und Bad, ist es nicht notwendig, dass es möbliert ist.

Ich möchte so schnell wie möglich einziehen, da ich derzeit in der Wohnung eines Freundes untergebracht bin.

Hola, estoy buscando piso actualmente en berlin, a ser posible dentro del ring, me gustaría encontrar un piso de 1 o 2 habitaciones, precio máximo 800 Euros todo incluido

Soy un joven español (27 años), llevo 1 año y medio viviendo en Berlin, he venido para aprender el idioma y realizar mis estudios superiores, actualmente me encuentro trabajando desde hace mas de 1 año, tengo contrato indefinido, todos los documentos en regla, Schufa (solicitar ahora) positiva e ingresos que suman mas del doble del precio del alquiler que he dicho anteriormente, con esto lo único que quiero dar a entender es que puedo hacerme cargo del alquiler sin problema, busco un apartamento para largo plazo si es posible y menos la cocina y el baño, no hace falta que esté amueblado.

Seria para entrar lo antes posible ya que actualmente me encuentro en el piso de un amigo.
