The flat consists of a main big room with a little living and working space, a bed and also iMac which you can also use as a TV. There is also a separate room with a kitchen, a table, and a washing machine. You have also a lot of free space in the main room. Wi-fi is included. The flat is on the third floor at the back of the building and faces the courtyard.
The flat is in the Kreuzkölln area, between Paul Linke Ufer and Görlitzer Park. Maybachufer market, nice techno clubs, bar, vintage shops, and restaurants are just within walking distance. The neighborhood consists of families, tourists and party people and has a very chill and special vibe. There are several bus connections in the vicinities and the Schlesisches Tor, Görlitzer Bahnhof or Schönleinstraße is 15 minutes away. There are several supermarkets (Edeka, Netto, Aldi, and Rewe) within 5 minutes walking from the flat. The area is very close to the Kanal (less than 3 minutes walking) And If you need a little break from all the bustle: There is also a separate quiet nice green area directly in front of my building, where you can enjoy the sun and have a look on the kanal (I call this my secret spot, because it´s not that crowded like the Kanal, but you can also enjoy nice weather just by yourself away from all the tourists and party peeps)
Honestly, there is no better place to enjoy the summer in Berlin!
The flat is available from end of APRIL till beginning/ mid - JULY. Nevertheless the exact time period is negoiable (*check in and out dates are flexible*)
Perfect fit for a person, Anmeldung and WG are not possible.
