I guess the pictures speak for themselves! It's one main room with a bed and a couch for relaxing or having guests over. From the main room you have excess to a small balcony that fits 2 people nicely. The hallway is also a convenient wardrobe. A big, fully equipped kitchen will be available for you. There's a fridge, a gas stove, a cupboard filled with dishes and cuttlery, a sink, a washing mashine and even a dishwasher! There's also a cosy little table with chairs for breakfast.
The building is situated in the east side of town, not far from major sights and attractions like Warschauerstraße (Berlin Wall), Kreuzberg & Friedrichshain (known for clubs, bars and cafés) or Alexanderplatz (Television Tower). Even the Berlin Mainstation is only 15 min. away by public transport.
The neighbourhood itself is quiet, clean and safe! After a day of sightseeing or a long night out it is perfect for relaxing on the balcony or sleeping in. There is little "Spätis" (our 7/11s) and many supermarkets all around and a lovely bar right by the house.
What I expect from you is, that you handle my home with care and respect! I'm looking for a tidy and more or less quite guest. You should be able to take responsibility. If u damage anything, just let me know. I'm trustworthy and down to earth. We can talk it out!
