Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller und kann mitgenutzt werden. Ein großes Fenster bringt genug Licht ins Zimmer. Küche und Bad sind klein und beschaulich.
Die Wohnung ist nur für Studenten. Ein gültiger Studentenausweis muss bei der Hausverwaltung vorgezeigt werden.
