I could offer you my apartment from December 18 till 9th of January, for three weeks. It is in a student residence, but the apartment is individual. 25 m2 + kitchen and bathroom.
There is a screen to connect with the computer, internet, and it is fully furnished. There is an individual bed, a sofa, one working table and another one that can be used to eat, one wardrobe and one cupboard. The kitchen is small but has enough space and you can cook everything you want, there is a toaster, a small grill, a pan and a kitchen robot that I use as a pot and as an oven. I find it very comfortable for one person, however there were periods when I shared with another person and It was also manageble. The washing and drying machine is in the same building.
It is located in the Lichtenberg area, 10 minutes from the Tierpark station. It is outside the ring but with the ubahn you can reach Alexanderplatz, Warschauerstrasse or Franktfurter Alle in less than 30 minutes. The area is quiet, there is a bar in the building infront, and an area with lots of green spaces. The Lidl is 7 minutes away, and there is a shopping centre at 15. The street is aristotelessteig. It is on the 4th floor with elevator.
