Ich vermiete mein Studentenapartment (19,83m²) inklusive Bad und kleiner Kochnische. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert. Ein Lan- Anschluss ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Zimmer steht ab dem 25.06.2021 zur Verfügung, wobei die Mindestmietdauer 3 Monate beträgt. Der Mietvertrag kann jedoch bei Bedarf und nach Absprache verlängert werden.

Das Apartment befindet sich im Wohnheimkomplex Aristotelessteig. Zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung stehen im Wohnheim folgende Räume zur Verfügung:
Waschmaschinen- und Fitnessraum
Abstellraum für Rollstühle inklusive elektrischer Anschlussmöglichkeit
Tischtennisräume
Musikräume
Studentenclub
Aufzug

Zusätzlich verfügt das Wohnheim über folgende Außenanlagen
Grillplatz, Volleyballfeld, Tischtennisplatten
Fahrrad- und PKW-Stellplätze auf dem Hof

Lage
Das Apartment liegt im Bezirk Lichteberg in unmittelbarer Nähe des HTW-Campus Treskowallee (Fußweg ca. 3 Minuten). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in der näheren Umgebung und sind in ca. 10 Minuten (Gehweg) zu erreichen. Es bestehen außerdem gute Verkehrsanbindungen zum Zentrum (Straßenbahn- und U-Bahn).

I am subletting my one-bedroom flat (19,83m²), consisting of a bedroom with a small kitchenette and a bathroom. The flat is completely furnished. Besides, a LAN connection is supplied by the student dormitory. The room will be available for rent starting from the 25.06.2021. The rental agreement has a term until the 30.09.2021 with an option to extension, which could be discussed as needed.

Since the flat is part of the Aristotelessteig dormitory complex, the following rooms will be available to you as well as to other residents:

Washing machine and fitness room
Storage room for wheelchairs including electrical connections
Table tennis rooms
Music rooms
Student club
Lift

The dormitory also provides the following outdoor facilities:

Barbecue area, volleyball court, table tennis tables
Bicycle and car parking spaces in the courtyard

Location
The flat is located in the Lichtenberg district in the immediate neighbourhood of the HTW campus Treskowallee (approx. 3 minutes' walk from the apartment). In addition to good transport connections, both tram and underground, you can also find some shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity (at a ca. 10 minutes stroll from the apartment).
