High quality, cozy apartment with 27.9sqm with balcony available from 1st of November (with possibility to move in 1-2 weeks earlier) looking for a new tenant. The apartment is part of the 'ALF9' building: https://alf9.de/en/#apartments.
The apartment comes with everything you need - kitchen with oven, bed, desk, chair, etc. - but some things have to be taken over from me (see below). A shared washing machine is available in a wash room in the basement.
IMPORTANT: I am looking to sell my existing furniture to the next tenant. Everything is in relatively good condition:
- Bed with mattress - 200€
- Good office chair - 150€
- Work desk with drawers - 80€
- Blinds - 50€
- Bed table - 20€
- Etc. (small chair, carpet, ...) - free
= 500€ overall
It's also possible to take over some kitchen utensils, if you like.
The apartment is located in Berlin-Lichtenberg, less than 1 minute away from the Magdalenenstraße station (U5), which quickly brings you to the city centre (Berlin Hbf is less than 20mins away). There is a busy shopping mall reachable with the U5 in 2mins (Ring-Center Berlin) with all things you could need.
Close nearby is Lidl (2-3mins), a bakery (20 seconds), Domino's Pizza (20 seconds) and some other restaurants.
Since the apartment is facing a street, some noise is unavoidable. But I had no issues and it's pretty silent if the windows are closed.
