Big, spacious balcony. Lift, trees outside windows. Nearby laundromat is very inexpensive (€3 per load). No WI-FI, I'm afraid!

Main tenant is ill abroad and can't be on site for viewing; a friend has to handle the keys and rent and is doing so as a favour. Please indicate that you have read this and understand it before replying.

You can move in immediately, you will just need to have first month's rent and deposit ready to send me via transfer same day. Cash payment to the friend who is showing the place is possible.

You won't
be asked to pay anything without having seen the flat and taken the keys - this is a legitimate offer. Old contract.

You may need to leave a key deposit when seeing the flat, if my friend cannot accompany you there. (The friend is helping me because I am ill and is doing this out of kindness, so please be aware of this fact and show respect for their time :)

If you have it, please bring schufa (solicitar ahora) and proof of income as my landlord may need it. If it's not needed, you will get it back :)

The flat is in a clean - but slightly disorderly state. I was renovating when I left. All the (light) furniture can be moved to suit your needs. I have a bad back and can move it all easily, so feel free to play with it :)

Also, anything of mine that you do not want there can be removed, just ask! Please bear in mind that it will take a week or 2 to arrange.

Discretion is needed, as I need someone who can be trusted to check the post from time to time.

The flat is near to the address but has been altered for privacy reasons. You will be sent the full details when you ask to attend the viewing.
