Aufgrund meines anstehenden Umzugs Anfang November suche ich einen Zwischenmieter für meine alte Wohnung vom 8.11 bis 30.11. Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand, wird aber soweit komplett leer stehen mit Ausnahme von einem Herd (mit Ofen) und einer Spüle. Der Bahnhof Lichtenberg befindet sich 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Meine Strom/Wasser/Gas Verträge laufen bis Ende November und sind im Mietpreis inklusive, ihr müsstet euch also für diesen kurzen Zeitraum nicht darum kümmern. Die Gesamtmiete sowie die Kaution sind im Voraus zu zahlen.

Due to my upcoming move in early November, I am looking for an interim tenant for my old apartment from 8.11 to 30.11. The apartment is in top condition, but will be completely empty so far with the exception of a stove (with oven) and a sink. The train station Lichtenberg is 10 minutes walk away.
My electricity/water/gas contracts run until the end of November and are included in the rent, so you wouldn't have to worry about that for this short period. The total rent and the deposit are to be paid in advance.
