The apartment is a single room apartment including its own kitchen and bathroom. The total size is about 24sq. In addition, the apartment has a small balcony which is directed into the patio. The apartment is on the 6th floor.
Condition for renting out the apartment is the takeover of my furniture. The furniture is in good shape and includes a 140cm boxspring-bed, a commode, a shelve, a bed table, a big table, 4 chairs. The kitchen stuff is also negotiable. The kitchen is included in the rent.
The apartment is really good located. Its a 5 minute walk to the Alexanderplatz train station. A supermarket is directly in the housing complex. Additionally, bars and restaurants are in short walking distance. Although its central located, the apartment is quiet and with closed windows, there are not loud noises from Alexanderplatz or the streets. The apartment complex includes a laundry in the basement.
Renting date would be 1.08.2024. As the apartments belong to a company, several informations are required: (link is attached https://studentenappartements-berlin.de)

In order to verify the identity of you and, if applicable, your guarantor, please send us copies of the identity cards (Front & Back side).
- Proof of creditworthiness
Here we need 3 proofs of salary or the employment contract from you or your guarantor. We must be able to understand that the monthly rent can be paid.
- Certificate of enrollment/ training contract or similar.
We must be able to verify that use is exclusively by students, trainees or similar.
Please just apply if you are immatriculated student and can provide all the data. In that case I will forward the data to the rental company.
