Super cosy 60 square meters duplex apt., freshly renovated, oak wood floors, high ceilings, sunny and bright, fourth floor with a far-reaching view over Potsdamer Platz and Reichstag.
The two floors apartment consists of a living room with an adjoined kitchen corner and a dining nook. Unfortunately there's neither a refridgerator nor an oven yet but the basic kitchen equippment, a water boiler, a sandwich maker and a blender are at your disposal. The super modern bathroom is equipped with a glas shower and a washing machine. The studio's upper floor comprises a bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen tv and a large desk with a laser printer and a speaker set for your laptop.
The apartment is located at the vibrant "Oranienburger Tor" on a quiet backyard of a 19th century building on northern Friedrichstraße. It is within walking distance from all major tourist spots such as Museumsinsel, Regierungsviertel, Galerie Lafayette, Hackescher Markt and the gallery district on August- and Linienstraße (KW Intitute for Contemporary Art, me collectors room, c/o Berlin). Lots of cafés and bakeries, the city's two most exclusive restaurants (Borchardt and Grill Royal), plenty of popular bars and night clubs such as King Size, Cookies and Tausend are right down in the street.
Public transportation stops are right infront of the house (U6, M1, M6). Bahnhof Friedrichstraße (which is only one stop away from "Berlin Hauptbahnhof") is in five minutes walking distance and provides excellent travel connections (S7, S2, S5, S25, S1, S75, U6, M1, bus 147 and several regional trains) to both airports and all other areas of the city.
Rent: 65,- EUR per night
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Maximum stay: 1 month
TV and high speed internet (wifi) is included in the rent.
Cleaning fee: 25,- EUR
Security deposit: 100,- EUR
The deposit will be refunded by the end of the renting period.
Please note that we are renting exclusively to nonsmokers.
