Zeit: 21.-27. Dezember
Lage: Zionskirchstr. 16 in Mitte.
Die Wohnung ist 32 qm groß, separate Küche, separates Bad mit Badewanne und separater Flur.
Schlafsofa, Sessel, Möglichkeit eines einzelnes Klappbetts.
Waschmaschine, TV und Internets/Telefonflatrate sind dabei.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt am Zionskirchplatz. In 2 Minuten ist man in der Kastanienallee mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés. Der bekannte Flohmarkt am Mauerpark ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Mit der Tram 10 erreicht man den Hackeschen Markt in 10 Minuten, Friedrichstrasse in 15 Min. Mit der Tram 12 erreicht man Nordbahnhof in 8 Min.
U-Bahn 2 (Senefelder Platz): 10 Minuten zu Fuß
U-Bahn 8 (Rosenthaler Platz): 8 Minutes zu Fuß
Mehrere Supermärkte in 5-10 Min. erreichbar: Lidl, Rewe, Kaisers.

The appartment is in Zionskirchstr. 16 in mitte, very central:
2 minutes walking to Kastanienallee, with a lot of restaurants and bars.
5 mintues walking to the famous flea market in Mauerpark.
Tram 10: 10 minutes to Hackescher Markt, a central touristic spot of Berlin, and 15 minutes to Friedrichstrasse, Berlin's main street.
Tram 12: 8 minutes to Nordbahnhof.
Metro 2 (Senefelder Platz): 10 minutes walking
Metro 8 (Rosenthaler Platz): 8 minutes walking
Several supermarkets in 5 to 10 minutes walking: Lidl, Rewe, Kaisers.
Price: 30€ / day + 200€ deposit.
