Ich bin Mieter einer schönen 1-Zimmer-Wohnung zwischen Mitte und Prenzlauer Berg, die ich nur noch teilweise nutze. Daher suche ich jemanden, mit dem ich mir die Wohnung teilen kann. Ich denke an Pendler, die ein paar Tage die Woche oder pro Monat in Berlin sind oder Künstler, die ein Atelier suchen. Oder Leute, die Berlin verlassen und sich hier gerne einen Platz bewahren würden. Wie man das ganze gestaltet, kann man gemeinsam besprechen. Die Wohnung hat ca. 35 qm, Dielen, einen sehr schönen Blick auf einen grünen Platz und ist sehr ruhig. Bitte schreibt mir bei Interesse kurz etwas über euch und auf welche Weise ihr die Wohnung nutzen wolltet - danke!
