1.12. permanent contract STUDENT APARTMENT (not furnished) in the heart of Berlin near to Alexanderplatz with Balcony (ONLY STUDENTS)

Nice Apartment in the heart of Berlin close to Alexanderplatz. The Apartment is in the 8th Floor with a nice balcony facing the inner courtyard. You have a small kitchen corner to prepare some basic food with a microwave and nice bathroom with toilet and shower.
The basement provides a washing room with shared washing machines (charged).
I'll move out on the first of december and you can take over the flat permanent, therefore you need to be a STUDENT (!) It's not furnished (bed&closet can be sold and taken over)
You can take a look at my flat this weekend preferred in the noon. If you like you can take a over a closet with a mirror from IKEA.
To suggest you to the property management I need the following documents:

(Front- and backside from the tenant and the guarantor).
- 3 last salary slips or copy of working contract (including all signatures)
which can cover the monthly rents
- Certificate of enrollment at the university or any other proof that you are a
student or trainee
