-Best possible location close to Bus/Train (distance to stations 50 Meters), walking distance to Potsdamer Platz. You will probably not be able to live that central anywhere else :D

- supermarket (Lidl) and späti, public transport (Train: S1,S2,S25+Bus M29+M41) accessible in less than 1 minute walking distance

Rent per month: 720,- € (incl. Internet, GEZ, Electricity, Heating etc.)

Deposit: 300 € (If you devide to move out before the agreed duration of the rental periode, I get to keep the deposit. Please make sure to be sure to stay as long as the contract goes.)
