Hey,
ich ziehe leider weg und biete deshalb mein Apartment an, vorzugsweise ab 15. August oder 1. September 2020, das ist individuell verhandelbar.
Das Apartment im 4. Stock (Aufzug) mit Blick ins Grüne hat auf 20m2 alles, was man als Student*in so braucht, eigenes Bad (top modern), kleine Küchenzeile mit Spüle, Mikrowelle/Herd, Kühlschrank+Eisfach, Bett, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank. Im Gemeinschaftsbereich gibt es außerdem noch einen Tischkicker, ein Fitnesstudio, eine große Dachterrasse sowie einen Garten mit Tischtennis und Grillplatz. Auch ein Lernraum, Waschsalon und eine gegen Kaution kostenlos anmietbare Gemeinschaftsküche stehen allen offen. Praktisch ist auch ein kleines, abschließbares privates Kellerabteil, wo man zusätzlich jede Menge Sachen verstauen kann, für ein Fahrrad ist im Fahrradkeller oder am Fahrradständer im Hof genug Platz.
Da es sich um einen Neubau handelt (2015), sind die Wände und Fenster schalldicht, man hört fast nichts von den Nachbarn, wenn man nicht will. Wer Lust auf Community hat, findet hier auch schnell Anschluss, es gibt eine WhatsApp-Gruppe und gemeinsame Feiern.

Hey everybody!
I'm moving away and therefore offer my apartment, preferably from August 15 or September 1, 2020, but we could still negotiate that.
The apartment is on the 4th floor (elevator) with a nice view and offers everything a student needs on 20m2, own bathroom (super modern), small kitchenette with sink, microwave/stove, fridge+freezer, bed, desk and wardrobe. A community area with a table football, a gym, a large roof terrace and a garden with table tennis and barbecue is open for all. There is also a study room, laundry room and a communal kitchen that can be rented free of charge for a deposit. Also quite useful is a small, private lockable cellar, where you can store a lot of additional things on. There is enough space for a bicycle in the bicycle cellar or at the bicycle rack in the yard.
Since it is a new building (2015), the walls and windows are soundproof, so you hardly hear anything from the neighbours if you don't want to. If you like community, you will quickly find a connection here as there is an existing community with Whatsapp group, occasional festivities.
