Juni 2024 zur Untervermietung . Ich suche eine*n seriöse*n und zuverlässige*n Untermieter*in. Bevorzugt werden Studierende, Azubis, Austauschstudierende und junge Personen.
Besichtigung nur am Samstag 9. 9. 2023 zwischen 13:00-14:00, nur bei seriösem Interesse zur Besichtigung kommen, am besten mit allen Unterlagen, Kaution und erster Miete und bereit den Vertrag zu unterzeichnen. Keine Zeitverschwender!

Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt im 1. Obergeschoss und kann barrierefrei mittels eines Aufzuges erreicht werden. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit: Bett, Tisch, Stuhl und Sessel, großer Schrank und Bücherregal, Kühlschrank, Herdplatte mit 2 Kochplätzen, Mikrowelle, alles nötige Geschirr, Staubsauger, Kleidertrockner.
Im Gebaüde gibt es es auch Fahrrad- und Kellerboxen, einen Wasch- und Trocknenraum sowie eine gemeinschaftliche Küche (für Parties) und einen Gemeinschaftsraum, wo man sich kennenlernen kann. Das Gebäude selbst befindet sich in einem neuen Residenzkomplex, welches sich durch ruhige, geräumige Bauten, gepflegte Gärten und allgemein eine entspannte Atmosphäre auszeichnet.
Die Gegend ist sehr gut angebunden insbesondere durch die Nähe zum Zug- / S- und U-Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen. In der Umgebung kann man viele Geschäfte (Kaufland und Aldi in 5 Minuten erreichbar) wie auch Restaurants oder andere Entspannungsorte finden. Im Gesundbrunnen Einkaufzentrum kann man alles finden, was man für das gewöhnliche Leben braucht.

The 1-room apartment is on the 1st floor and can be reached barrier-free using an elevator. The apartment is fully furnished with: bed, table, chair and armchair, large cupboard and bookshelf, refrigerator, stove with 2 electric burners, microwave, all necessary dishes, vacuum cleaner, clothes dryer.
In the building there are also bicycle and cellar boxes, a washing and drying room (laundrette) as well as a communal kitchen (for parties) and a communal room where you can get to know each other if you want. The building itself is located in a new residential complex, which is characterized by quiet, spacious buildings, well-tended gardens and a generally relaxed atmosphere.
The area is very well connected, especially due to the proximity to the Gesundbrunnen train / S- and U-Bahn station. In the area you can find many shops (Kaufland and Aldi reachable in less than 5 minutes) as well as restaurants and other places to relax. In the Gesundbrunnen shopping center you can find everything you need for ordinary life.
