Hello there,
I am offering my lovely little apartment for 2-3 months sublet. October 17th - December/January 17th (prefer someone who wants to stay over xmas/into January). Dates can also be slightly flexible.
The flat is perfectly cosy and well spread out (about 28sqm) - separate bedroom (w/ desk, lamp, double bed, big mirror), bathroom (w/ shower and resident spider), nicely sized kitchen (w/ dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, space to eat), and a hallway that does nothing (shrugs). Internet is via a hotspot which I own, so way better than normal ones. I freelance from home and it works totally fine, but if you're looking for high speed wifi then this might not be for you. The flat is on the ground floor (slightly raised) and front of house, so it can be a little noisy at times on weekends but it's also surprisingly quiet at other times. I work from home most days and I rarely find myself bothered. Neighbours are also very quiet at night, so I would like whoever stays to be similarly respectful.
Everything you could possibly need is in the flat - bedding, duvets, towels, and even an espresso machine.
Need to know:
- Single apartment (sorry no couples or children)
- No smoking
- No anmeldung (sorry, I'd be kicked out if anyone tries it)
- No pets (yeah, I'd be kicked out for that too)
- Rent is 610pm warm (thanks mietendeckel /s) + 750 deposit
Tell me a little about yourself, why you're in Berlin, what your interests are etc. I want to know my flat will be in safe hands :) Also, so I know you read this far, throw in the word paprika somewhere in your reply. Viewings possible this week. I'm currently out of Berlin, so a video chat get to know would be great. I can then arrange with my current subletter to give you a flat viewing.
The flat is in a dream location, right on the border between Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. There are cafes, bars, and restaurants everywhere (I'd be happy to share my favourites). 5 minutes walk to Senefelderplatz (U2), 7 minutes to Rosenthaler Platz (U5), trams (M1, M8, 12), and you can easily walk to Alexanderplatz in 20 minutes. There are supermarkets in every direction - an Edeka literally 2 minutes up the road + a bio shop I can't afford next door to it, a Lidl 3 minutes away, and Rewe about 7 mins walk. All super convenient. Mauer Park is also about 15 minutes walk away with a flea market there every Sunday. The location is a total blessing.
