Wir bieten unsere gemütliche, zentral-gelegene 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin Mitte (Grenze zu Kreuzberg) vom 08.02. bis 21.02. zur Untermiete.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, natürlich auch mit Wifi, und die Küche voll ausgestattet (auch mit Spülmaschine).
Sowohl Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer als auch der Küchenbereich sind geräumig, dementsprechend ist die Wohnung auch für Paare geeignet. Der großzügige Balkon lädt an schönen Tagen zum Entspannen ein.

We are subletting our cosy and central 1-room apartment in Berlin Mitte from 08th of February until 21st of February.
The ready to move in apartment comes fully furnished (also incl. Wifi) and with a fully equipped kitchen. (incl. dishwasher).
Lounge/bedroom as well the eat-in kitchen area are quite spacious, which also makes the apartment suitable for a couple.
The large balcony is the perfect chill-spot on a nice day.

Die Wohnung bietet mit ihrer zentrale Lage den idealen Ausganspunkt um in alle Richtungen Berlins zu kommen. Jannowitzbrücke (S3, S5, S7, S9 und U 8) und Märkisches Museum (U2) sind weniger als 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Alexanderplatz sind es ebenfalls nur ca. 10 Gehminuten.
Verschiedene Supermärkte, wie Aldi, Lidl, Edeka ebenso wie Rossmann sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Super centraly located, the apartment is the perfect base to get around Berlin. The stops Jannowitzbrücke (S3, S5, S 7, S 9 and U 8), and Märkisches Museum (U2) are less than a 5 minute walk. Alexanderplatz is also only about 10 minutes walk.
Various supermarkets/shops, such als Aldi, Lidl, Edeka as well as Rossman etc. are also just down the road as well as a Späti right downstairs.
