The total price from 23/12 (morning, before 10.30 am!) (the only time and day to check in) to 30/12 (evening, around 19 pm ca.) is 290 eu, all included.
Works nicely for one person or two (2 person: 390 euro).
You need to arrive here the 23th morning (max around 10.30 am). Or lets find a solution suitable (for example, keys at the spatkauf shop in front).
No party flat. Wifi and gas heating (to keep on max 19 degree! as you can imagine....!) included. I am gonna check on that. So don´t do it bitte.
There are some music speakers available, careful with the volume though!

Sie müssen am 23. Morgen (max. gegen 10.30 Uhr) hier ankommen. Oder lassen Sie uns eine geeignete Lösung finden.
Keine Partywohnung. Wifi und Gasheizung (um maximal 19 Grad zu halten! wie Sie sich vorstellen können ....!) Inklusive. Ich werde das überprüfen. Also mach es nicht bitte.
Es sind einige Musiklautsprecher erhältlich, aber seien Sie vorsichtig mit der Lautstärke!
