ich biete eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin Mitte für den Zeitraum vom 25.07.23 bis 22.08.23 (4 Wochen) an. Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe von Alexanderplatz und somit hat tolle Verbindungsmöglichkeiten.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und hat Doppelbett, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Schränke, Waschmaschine & co. Ich habe nur keinen Ofen. Das Internet ist natürlich auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat zudem einen großen Balkon mit ein paar Möbeln.
Die Miete für den Zeitraum beträgt 650€. Ich hätte gerne eine Kaution in Höhe von 200€, die du bei der Schlüsselrückgabe von mir zurück bekommst.

Für 20€ kann ich auch gern für den Zeitraum mein Fahrrad zur Verfügung stellen.
