helles Studio-Zimmer in Moabit

Hallo,
da ich für ein halbes Jahr die Wohnung einer Freundin übernehme (mit Aussicht darauf diese dann auch zu behalten), vermiete ich meine Studio-Wohnung im schönen Moabit erstmal unter. Zeitraum wäre Anfang September bis Ende März/Anfang April - evtl. auch 1-2 Monate länger, wenn gewünscht. Zudem besteht evtl. die Option den Mietvertrag nach dem halben Jahr komplett zu übernehmen!
Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür, die U9 in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Ein REWE, EDEKA, Bio Company und Alnatura in der Nachbarschaft.
Zur Spree läuft man 10 Minuten.
Der Innenhof ist sehr grün und an sich ruhig. Allerdings gibt es seit ca. einem Monat eine Baustelle direkt im Innenhof. Sicher dauert es noch etwas, bis die lauteren Arbeiten beginnen, aber wichtig zu wissen ;)

!! Meine MÖBEL würde ich größtenteils mitnehmen wollen, daher bitte eigene Möbel mitbringen !!

Hello,
since I'm taking over a friend's apartment for six months (with the prospect of keeping it), I'm subletting my studio apartment in beautiful Moabit for the time being. The period would be beginning of September to end of March/beginning of April - possibly 1-2 months longer if desired. In addition, there may be the option to take over the rental agreement completely after half a year!
A bus stop is right outside the front door, the U9 can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. A REWE, EDEKA, Bio Company and Alnatura in the neighborhood.
You walk to the Spree in 10 minutes.
The courtyard is very green and quiet in itself. However, there has been a construction site in the inner courtyard for about a month. Sure it will take a while before the louder work starts, but important to know ;)

!! I would like to take most of my FURNITURE with me, so please bring your own furniture !!
