da ich für einen bestimmten Zeitraum beruflich unterwegs sein werde, biete ich meine gemütliche Wohnung in Moabit zur Untermiete an.
Es handelt sich hierbei um eine einfache 1-Zimmerwohnung in einem Wohnkomplex einer Genossenschaft nicht weit von der Turmstr. in Moabit.
Die Nachbaren sind freundlich und es ist alles recht unkompliziert. Nur die Nachtruhe, die ab 22 Uhr Abends gilt sollte streng eingehalten werden.
Natürlich kann Besuch eingeladen werden, aber die Wohnung ist keine Party-location und befindet sich in einer schönen Grünanlage. Einen Balkon gibt es auch, auf dem man in den Sommermonaten sehr gut entspannen kann.
Vom Untermieter (w/m/n) erwarte ich, dass mit allen Dingen in der Wohnung mit Respekt umgegangen wird.
Ansonsten freue ich mich, wenn jem. sich eine gute Zeit in meiner Wohnung machen kann :)

Since I'll be away for a specific period due to work commitments, I'm offering my cozy apartment in Moabit for subletting.
It's a simple 1-bedroom apartment located within a cooperative housing complex not far from Turmstrasse in Moabit. The neighbors are friendly, and everything is quite easygoing. However, it's essential to strictly adhere to the quiet hours, which start at 10 PM in the evenings.
Of course, guests are welcome, but please note that the apartment is not a party apt. It is situated within a beautiful green area. There's also a balcony where one can relax especially during the summer months.
I expect the subtenant (any gender) to treat all items in the apartment with respect. Otherwise, I'm happy if someone can have a good time in my apartment :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Rewe, DM etc. - alles ist innerhalb 5 - 10min zu erreichen).
2min - Bus 245/101/106
5min - Bus M27
10min - Ubahn Turmstr.
15min - Sbahn Beusselstr. (nehme immer einen Bus zur Station)
Zudem ist man in 2min am Ufer der Spree, mit schönen Spaziergängen und um alles zu toppen ist man in ca. 10 Fahrradminuten am Plötzensee (mein Highlight) :)

The apartment is located in a central area with excellent access to public transportation and shopping facilities (Aldi, Rewe, DM, etc. - everything is reachable within 5 - 10 minutes).
2 minutes - Bus 245/101/106
5 minutes - Bus M27
10 minutes - Subway station Turmstrasse
15 minutes - S-Bahn station Beusselstr. (I always take a bus to the station)
Additionally, you can reach the banks of the Spree River in 2 minutes, with lovely walks, and to top it all off, you're approximately 10 minutes away by bike from Plötzensee (my highlight) :)

Ich bin ab dem 17 April wieder in Berlin und würde gerne jemanden bis Anfang Mai finden.

Ich verlange eine Kaution von 300 EUR und die Miete sollte bis zum 3. Mai überwiesen werden. Die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum beträgt 1133€ (40 Tage).
