Hi,

ich möchte meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist 32 qm groß und befindet sich im 11. Stock, was eine tolle Aussicht bietet – ideal für Sonnenaufgänge und ein lichtdurchflutetes Zuhause.

Die Miete liegt bei 850 € im Monat, inklusive allem, was ihr braucht: Es gibt ein bequemes Bett, eine 2 m lange Kleiderstange, 4x dreischubladrige Kommoden (also genügend Stauraum), einen Schreibtisch, ein Sofa, eine Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Herd. Sogar der Duschvorhang, ein Regal im Bad und ein weiteres im Flur sind Bestandteil der Wohnung. Für schnelles Internet ist auch gesorgt – es gibt eine 1000 Mbit/s Internetleitung mit WLAN-Router. Außerdem gehört ein kleiner Kellerabteil dazu.

Es ist mir wichtig, dass ihr Du dich hier wohl fühlst und sorgsam mit den Möbeln und dem Raum umgeht.

I would like to sublet my 1-bedroom apartment. The apartment is 32 square meters and is located on the 11th floor, which offers a great view - ideal for sunrises and a light-filled home.

The rent is €850 a month and includes everything you need: a comfortable bed, a 2-meter-long clothes rail, 4 chests of drawers with three drawers each (so plenty of storage space), a desk, a sofa, a washing machine, a fridge and a stove. Even the shower curtain, a shelf in the bathroom and another in the hallway are part of the apartment. Fast Internet is also available - there is a 1000 Mbit/s Internet connection with WLAN router. There is also a small cellar compartment.

It is important to me that you feel comfortable here and treat the furniture and the room with care.
