i am an artistic researcher and writer now finishing my doctoral research in berlin. i am looking for a caring, respectful and responsible person (or a couple) to sublet my 57sqm flat in an alt-bau in neukolln from 27th/28th February 2024 to 26th March 2024. it has one huge bedroom (180*200 mattress) and a huge living room with lots of sunshine, equipped with a cute kitchen and a bathroom. ideal for one person or a couple who loves plants and animals.

**you will be living with my 8 years old cat friend who is very sweet and cuddly, as well as many lovely plants.

**the dates are not very flexible, maybe a day or two. we will have a viewing. if everything works well then i will make you a subrent contract. the full rent and deposit must be paid when picking up the keys. the deposit is negotiable if you have haftpflichtversicherung! i will return the deposit after my trip to check if everything is fine.

** the flat is well equipped and decorated in a cozy and aesthetically pleasing fashion. i will prepare you fresh beddings and towels.

** the flat is 5 mins away from hermannplatz U8 and U7, with bus m41/29 making it easy to navigate around the city.

** the flat locates on a vibrant street, and there are many bars and restaurants around.

** it is a lgbtq friendly space.

**house rule would be no-smoking and no party please.
