Ich biete meine geliebte Wohnung mit 45qm in Neukölln zur Untermiete an.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, alles wichtige ist vorhanden: großes Wohnzimmer mit Bett, Sofa, Beamer, separate, superschöne Küche mit Waschmaschine, natürlich WLAN. Da ich die Wohnung (Altbau) und meine Pflanzen sehr mag, ist mir ein guter Umgang und das Überleben der Pflanzen sehr wichtig.

Die Gegend ist total kiezig und schnuckelig mit Bäckerei, Eisdiele, Tischtennisplatten, Cafés, Pizzaria, Bars und Clubs alles fußläufig. Kleine Parks in der Nähe und mit Fahrrad (darf gern benutzt werden) zum Tempelhofer Feld auch in 10 Minuten.

I am offering my beloved 45sqm apartment in Neukölln for sublet.

The apartment is fully furnished, everything important is available: large living room with bed, sofa & beamer, separate, nice kitchen with washing machine, of course WLAN. As I like the apartment (old building) and my plants very much, good care and the survival of the plants is very important to me.

The area is totally cozy and cute with a bakery, ice cream parlor, table tennis tables, cafés, pizzerias, bars and clubs all within walking distance. Small parks nearby and by bike (you are welcome to use it) to Tempelhofer Feld in 10 minutes.
