Furnished 1 room+full kitchen apartment, central part of Neukölln (short-to-mid term, without Anmeldung)

As I will be away from Berlin for at least the next 6 months, I would like to make my apartment available until end of February 2024. There might be possibility of extension. Unfortunately, I cannot provide Anmeldung or allow adding your name on the post box. Please let me know when you contact me that you understand and are ok with this!

The flat consists of:
- Fully furnished kitchen: stove, refrigerator, microwave, dining table, some pots/cutlery which you are welcome to use. There is also a whiteboard in the kitchen =)
- Bathroom with washing machine, anti-steam mirror
- One big spacious room with a wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, 4 cupboards and a bookshelf. So plenty of storage space =). The bed is 160cm wide (Queen size) & there is also a small table that you can use as desk & a pin board. There's also a couch and a coffee table and a separator wall that can be used e.g. to hide the laundry
- Also there, is one wardrobe in the hallway, mostly for tools and miscellaneous things
- The flat has its own gas-based heating unit, I would ask you to send me a pic of the gas counter every month (!)
