Es gibt unzählige Cafés, Restaurants und Bars direkt um die Ecke. Der Wochenmarkt ist fußläufig in 5 min zu erreichen (Di. und Fr.).
Bus oder Ubahn (u7 - Hermannplatz) sind auch innerhalb von 5-7 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es gibt keinen Aufzug, die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock.

Very cozy and clean 1 room apartment , fully furnished and equipped. One bed (140cm) and one big sleeping couch (fits 2 people).
Shower and washing machine usable.
Perfect for singles or couples.
The house has no elevator.
*Location*
Get the feel of the szene kiez in Berlin! There are lots of Cafés, Restaurants and Bars just around the house, you can walk to the kanal and are 5 minutes away from bus or ubahn station u7 Hermannplatz. There is a weakly market at the maybachufer (5 min walk by foot) and in summer also fleemarkets.
The whole house is very quiet.
